Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Sovereign Strategist partner portal and related services (the “Service”), operated by Sovereign Strategist (“we”, “us”). By signing in or using the Service you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement.

The Service provides market analysis, automated research reports and educational content only. Nothing in it is financial, investment, tax or legal advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any instrument. Past results, including published session records, do not predict future results, and we make no guarantee of any outcome. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.

Trading gold (XAUUSD), foreign exchange and other leveraged products carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for you. Leverage can work against you, and depending on your broker’s terms you may lose more than your deposits. Only trade with money you can afford to lose.

You are responsible for your account and for all activity under it. Keep your sign-in method secure. If you connect a MetaTrader 5 account, you confirm you are authorised to do so, and you should provide only its read-only investor password, never a trading password. You may disconnect it at any time.

You agree not to:

• break any law or infringe anyone’s rights;
• access accounts or data that are not yours, or attempt to bypass security or usage limits;
• scrape, resell or redistribute the Service or its content without permission;
• interfere with or overload the Service, or abuse its AI features.

The Service, including its software, reports, analysis and branding, belongs to Sovereign Strategist or its licensors. We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use it for your own purposes while these terms apply.

The Service relies on third parties, including Exness (brokerage and partner data) and Google (sign-in and AI models). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for them. Sovereign Strategist is an Exness partner and is paid a rebate on volume traded under its partner code.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, availability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Data, prices and AI output may be delayed, incomplete or wrong.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for any trading losses or lost profits, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms or if we discontinue the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. The courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

We may update these terms. We will change the “Last updated” date above, and continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
